One of the organizations thanked
was the U. S. military. One modern U. S. Navy aircraft carrier is equipped to
provide beds and medical services for hundreds of injured people. It
operates like a major hospital on wheels. The navy is also able to transport
tons of food and other essential goods to people in disaster areas within
hours.
We didn't
hear of lot of outcry from the people of Japan following this tragedy. They
are pretty classy people to put this out. I have never heard of any country
doing this.
